2. Products
NOIR DISTRICT offers clothing, accessories and related products for sale online.
Each product is described as accurately as possible through photographs, descriptions, materials, sizes and care information. However, slight variations in color, texture, fit or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, production methods, fabric treatments, washing processes or the handmade nature of certain products.
For limited editions, washed garments, distressed products, raw fabrics or handmade pieces, small variations may be part of the product identity and should not be considered defects.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€).
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are displayed before the order is confirmed.
NOIR DISTRICT reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
4. Orders
To place an order, the customer must select the desired products, add them to the cart, provide the required billing and shipping information, choose a delivery method and complete payment.
The order is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
NOIR DISTRICT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, abnormal order quantity, stock error or technical error.
5. Payment
Payment is made securely through the payment methods available on the website.
Accepted payment methods may include credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shopify Payments or any other payment solution displayed at checkout.
The customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Products remain the property of NOIR DISTRICT until full payment has been received.
6. Availability
Products are offered within the limits of available stock.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, NOIR DISTRICT will contact the customer as soon as possible and may offer a replacement product, store credit or full refund.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
NOIR DISTRICT ships orders using Chronopost.
The estimated delivery time is approximately one week from the confirmation of the order, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays or exceptional circumstances.
Before the order is confirmed, the seller must inform the customer of a precise delivery timeframe. If no timeframe is provided, French e-commerce rules provide that delivery must take place no later than 30 days after the online order.
NOIR DISTRICT is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect customer information, absence of the customer, customs procedures, carrier issues or force majeure.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union, the customer has the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging where applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- personalized or made-to-order products;
- products altered at the customer’s request;
- damaged, worn, washed or used products;
- products returned without tags or in a condition that prevents resale.

If the issue is confirmed, NOIR DISTRICT may offer a replacement, repair, store credit or refund.

NOIR DISTRICT is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, ironing, drying, bleaching, storage or general misuse.
For washed, distressed, raw, handmade or treated garments, variations in shade, texture, fading or finish may naturally occur over time.
